This is an H-style harness. It buckles independently around the neck and around the body to limit the possibility of the cat slipping out of it. It will fits cats or kittens from 2 lbs to 20 lbs. If the length is too long, simply cut the excess nylon off and burn the end of the nylon with a lighter to seal the material. We recommend only using the harness while you are with your cat. If they get the harness caught on anything, they will not be able to escape from it as they can with a cat safety collar.
